I am not sure as to what you are really asking. As far as shipping electronics overseas, yes you can, With cameras weighing less and less each year, USPS is probably the cheapest depending on final destination. And unlike before, you can purchase insuraqcne on certian items going to certian countries. However, it is reccomended that you tell the buyer (if you are shipping to an auction winner) that they assume all risk and financial responsibility for anything being exported/imported that require a duty or tax.
