You can substitute with Rice Milk these days and the beauty of it is that you can now find it at your local grocery store. It even tastes better than Soy Milk! Enjoy!

i was going to say goat milk, which is a little more sour, creamier and thicker than cows milk, but you might try powdered milk instead...it's not natural but tastes okay...we drank that as a milk substitute when we couldn't get anything shipped to the island after hurricane ivan. does your daughter HAVE to have milk?...someone once said that the only purpose for milk is to turn a 200 lb calf into an 800 lb cow :o)

I recently found something called "Almond Breeze" (yes, it's made from almonds) when I was on a detox diet (no meat, dairy, or wheat) and it was DELISH! Much better than soy or goat, though I like those, as well. I can't remember if it has as much calcium as milk, so fortified OJ might be better for that, but if you want something to add to cereal , this is great!

Years ago we sold our milking goat for $20. That was the only thing there baby could drink. Its good for cooking. It tastes a little strong. Have you considered trying lactose free milk?

Goat's milk is a good substitute as is rice milk. A good supermarket should stock both.

you're probably mildly lactose illiberal, which might reason bloating and digestive subject concerns. Silk delivers a competent volume of foodstuff, and you may easily substitute it while not having to pass back to take advantage of. i do no longer drink milk in any respect (vegan). i do no longer understand relating to the Almond milk - I in basic terms had that once.
