If the children are in danger in any way and parents don't listen. You should call CPS (child protective services. ) If the children are hurt in any way or are in danger of being hure and someone sees that you are aware they are in danger - and do nothing about it YOU are just as guilty as the parents

If the parents won't listen and are acting irresponsibly by putting their children in danger then I agree that childrens services should be called. If you are worried that Childrens services will take the children - don't be. They will just talk to the parents and if there are serious problems then try and work with the parents to improve the situation. Taking the children is a last resort for childrens services, they do everything they can to keep families together if the parents work with them and are willing to change.

I would call social services, especially if there is a 2 year old playing out side in the street with NO supervision!!! Maybe a visit from a social worker would get these parent's attention!

Try calling the cops a few times on them, You dont have to tell them your names just say you are someone that lives on the street and you kids unspervised and not playing safely, Do it a few times and if nothing gets better call social services, give then the address of where the kids live and tell them what you have seens. Its not a bad thing to worry about them, their parents should be but it not them then who.

Call CPS. If the children are from the same home. Tell them the children are let unsuperivised and you are concerned they are going to get hit. You hve discussed it with the parents but they don't seem to care. They will keep you out of it, but send someone to check it all out.

call human services. if the parents aren't supervising children that young and they are in danger of being hit by a car then it is time to take some drastic measures. i have a similar problem in my area. we called the sheriffs dept and human services. it got better. when the parents know that they are being watched they have the tendency to behave more maturely

Definitely call CPS. If no one reports it, then it will never change and one of those children could get hurt, kidnapped, or even killed. It is your responsibility to make sure you notify someone before that happens.

Yeah, you should report the families. There isn't even a 12 year old there. They're just roaming around....
Their safety is in jeopardy. I would call anonymously.
Good Luck...

Unless they're bothering you, I'd just mind my own business. If they die they die. The parents will learn the hard way to take more responsibility for their children and you will have absolved yourself from having anything to do with the tragedy.
