Lot's of possibilities here.
1. Depression.
2. Sleep pattern distrubances.
3. Lack of B vitamin.
4. Lack of other nutrition.
5. Need more physical exercise, even just a simple outdoor walk.

You should bring this to the attention of your doctor. He may or may not be able to diagnose or assist you, but it possible that you have a serious medical condition including sleep apnea, which can be fatal. Or depression from bio chemical imbalance, which will not cure itself.

Sounds like you need to reset your body clock.
Get an alarm and wake up at the same time every day and get up. At night go to bed at the same time. Don't let yourself sleep during the day and make sure you eat well. Don't exercise before bed and if you shower at night don't have it too hot also don't eat before you go to bed. you need to re-establish a routine for your body to get used too. Give it a few weeks and if things still aren't better go and see a doctor you may have anything from chronic fatigue syndrome to depression. Good luck

That doesn't sound good at all. 20 hours of sleep seems like an awful lot. Usually, the average person needs less than half that amount. Definitely go and see your doctor, don't sleep your life away, get some help. :-)
