There is a girl that has lived next to me for about 12 years of my life (I am 13 now.) She goes on dates with me, she kisses me deeply, and we have slept in my bed and her's on several occasions (just sleeping not sex). At school when others approach her and ask her if she loves me she says "No were closer than that". Does that means she loves me? I'm not sure.

I don't want to ask her straight forward because if she doesn't love me now I may lose her forever. She is the person in the world I would give my life for. I can't lose her or there is nothing left for me.

i'm no kid. I believe after having a 12 year realationship with each other we have come to terms with the fact we shouldn,t have sex hence the fact we allow ourselves to sleep with each other. Don't you think being able to know someone so closley for 12 years without fighting atleast once makes us much more mature than most adults who get divorced weekly?

Love at your age? Never heard of it. She's your best friend, like in Spiderman, she'll be there for you no matter what the situation, and vice versa. She loves you, but not in love with you. Sorry. I went through it too.
