Some of the churches in my area do what they call X-rated youth night. they dont set a dress code and they do all sorts of fun activities like bon fires, cook outs, and outings. It attracts all kinds of youths, and they try to reach out to the ones who feel alienated by a normal church get together.
the kids around here seem to love it.

How about an after- church bowling party once a month? Let everyone go home and eat lunch, change clothes and go bowling for the afternoon. It won't take away from late night party time or homework time...

get a christian rock band to come and play, and they can lead you all in worship. i'm in a christian rock band and we play for fellow college students and i feel like we really touch other people. and a few times we go to play for youth in the area at churches and we always get a really good response.

You could ask the chaperones if you could have a bon-fire, the weather is getting colder and people like to do that this time of year. You could roast marshmallows, wennies for hot-dogs. I know everytime we have a bon-fire, it seems every teen in the neighborhood shows up.

Do something fun, like going bowling or going to a movie.
Try a bible discussion with some role playing or a game that demonstrates the scripture.

This a catholic church?
You could form a rock band and perform Christian rock songs..=)
Instead of a Priest's homily you could set-up a drama of the gospel.
You could make "action-songs.. "=)
This is what they do in our church here in the Philippines..=)
