If you dont dance, smoke or drink, what on earth are you doing in a pub? Ok, just kidding! Try introducing yourself and initiate a conversation in a polite manner. If during the process you get a feeling she's not interested or is trying to avoid you, walk away with a 'Nice meeting you'.

I would suggest meeting girls in a different place! You probably don't want a girl that you met in a club. Try talking to a girl after a concert of somebody that you really like or the library. Go for the smart pretty girls!

You don't. You go to a place where you feel comfortable and meet girls there. What's the point of going to a club to meet girls if you don't dance?

Just because you don't drink, doesn't mean she doesn't.
Sit there with your favorite glass of cola and send her a free drink via the bartender. When she gets it and looks to see who exactly has sent it, raise your glass to her and have a drink. THAT'S IT! Don't go over to her, don't stare at her, don't do what a million other guys have done before you. In fact, don't even acknowledge her afterwards. Nine-times-out-of-ten, she'll end up coming over to you.
Here's why:
You send her the drink, she thinks you're going to hit on her.
You raise your glass to her and leave her alone, she's just thankful for the drink.
You DON'T come right over and try to start a conversation, she thinks about why...
"Why isn't he coming over here? Is he ignoring me? That's odd. What's wrong with him.... or with me?!"
That's when you got her. She'll come over to investigate and you'll find the ground work has been pretty much laid.

try going somewhere else to meet a girl... if you don't dance, drink, or smoke, you won't meet your kind of girl in a club

I heard about an interesting gimmick. This fellow wore different shoes or boots on each foot. They didn't match and girls would sometimes ask him about them. They approached him. He got a chance to introduce himself and talk with them. Just be sure that they aren't too "dorky" or they'll laugh more than being curious. I'd go with boots. They are seen as expensive and don't look too bad even if they are different colors.

Start a conversation is the best thing I can actually come up with. Or grab them around the waist and snog them... but that would most likely get you slapped.
So, conversations are good for meetings...
Or conveniently bump into someone, apologise and introduce yourself.

sorry but you don't seem like the clubbing type if you don't do any of that. girls in a club probably think you are boring. maybe you should go elsewhere and look for a girl because you will not find a girl like you in a club.
