We have been together for almost 1 year and the first 6 months he was a sex machine..now..he can't even last more then 5 minutes without getting tired and needing to rest. I'm 18 and he's 19 so we are both very young..we both go to the gym..and are pretty active..so i'm not sure what the problem is..this has been happening for about 3 months straight..and sex is very important in our relationship to me.

He need to see a good doctor. From what you said, he just gets tired from the "exercise". Does he still have an erection when he poops out or does that go also? He may be losing the erection and "saying" that he is tired. Several things may be involved. He may be working too hard. Not enough rest and sleep. You may be over working him.....OR he could actually have a medical problem that is pulling him down. He should get checked out and make sure he is ok. He might not be eating right or the right foods. His testosterone may have slacked up. He may be turned off mentally. I would suggest that you, without pushing too hard or blaming him, ask him what is really wrong. A man 19 should be a pretty good stud, BUT even a stud can be worn down, have worries or something that is turning him off.

So.....talk to him and then get him to a doctor. Something like diabetes can really mess up a sex life. Good luck. Pops

The truth is that there are many things which could cause what you are describing. He might need more rest at night. Try sex in the morning. It might be health related. It might be stress related. Have you discussed marriage? That could scare him. Has there been a pregnancy scare? Without more information, I am guessing his health is being affected. How well does he do in the gym? Is he overdoing it?
Talk with him. Cut out as much alcohol as possible. Watch his health and stress.
Regarding performance, stress has greatly influenced my sex life. Regarding interest, stress has greatly influenced my sex life.
Sex is mostly mental. It boils down to this, talk with him. If he needs understanding, give it to him. If he needs medical treatment, encourage him to seek it. If he has lost interest, then he should respectfully tell you. Don't try to read his mind. Just love and respect him. Treat him that way.

Well if hes a drinker or smoker that can really affect the way he erects and how long it takes him to go all the way. He should cut off the drinking, and keep a healthy diet...also, if he works out, but lifts weights alot, and not doing so in the correct manner, or if he overloads himself with heavy weights, that too can affect him and can cause that lil problem as well. But most importantly, he should really be seen by a doctor just to make sure its not an internal problem that has come about....sometimes things like this can get worse, or even unsafe/unhealthy if it wasnt checked out.

He might be under some stress at the moment, that can cause a lot of different side effects for different people.

At the gym is he just doing light exercise or is he trying to become a body builder type, cause he might be using steriods which cause a lot of problems with sex.

Suggest he go talk to his doctor ro find out what the trouble is.

This is why Pfyzer pharmaceuticals makes so much$$ By the way 5 minutes is probably not that bad at all in stamina. Maybe too much same routine perhaps; try something new and exciting ever so often helps I suspect.
