100% -- that is what "pre-approved" means.

On MOST of the offers you get it really says "You are Pre-approved for a credit card OFFER"...

and...

even if you DO qualify for the credit card... YOUR interest rate may be HIGHer than what is stated.. you really NEED TO READ the FINE PRINT!!!

OK, with that said.. you should be able to get a credit card with an astronomical interest rate and perhaps you will need to deposit some security at first to build your credit...

IF YOU DO GET ONE.. BE VERY CAREFUL in its use!!!!...

Many people (myself included, had to refinance my house to pay it off) have gotten into trouble with unscrupulous credit card companies.. some of which used to charge less monthly payments than what is needed to pay them off in YOUR lifetime..

You should NEVER leave a balance on a credit card from one month to the next.. it will make you think that you have more money than you really have.

there wont be any chance of getting it on pre approved letter.its just a marketing way for companies to trap the customer >its just an advert.dont even think that that has anything to do with actaully getting the card.becuase it will eventually comes to your history when they will check that and that will decide whether you will get that or not .

0 to 100 - if you look at the fine print, the "pre approval" means nothing - just that you can apply for a card. It's just a marketing racquet to get customers, who think they're "special".
