Help her to learn English. Express interest in her backgrownd. See what subjects she can talk about easier (the ones she learned in school) - that will make her more comfortable. help her with what they don't teach in scholls or do poor job teaching. They usually teach you about your home city but they don't teach you to express common human needs, like how to say I have stomach ache or my eyes are sore.
*** Romanian is not Slavic or Roman. It is Romanian

Well, just be nice and kind towards her. Show her around and help her get through like her day since she only knows basic English. When she finds out you like her, maybe she'll fall for you since you've been so nice to her. Don't tell her directly you like her though. It might ruin everything. Just keep a good friendship for now.
