I would say go on the interviews and improve your life. Like you said, it's a crush. You'll find someone more your age. If this guy really likes you he'll track you down no matter where you work. Make it known to others where your new job is, and if he's interested he'll get your number from them.

Why don't you do something like this:
Go for your interviews because why stay at a job you dislike even though there is a guy you really like there? Secondly, once you get a different job, go up to the guy before you leave and tell him that you're going onto a new job, but you wish you could have gotten to know him better. Give him your phone number. If he is interested he will call. If he is not then he wasn't worth your time! And you'll be gone from the job. This works in a way also that if there is rejection, you never have to see him again! Make sure he is single before you do this though. The best of luck to you with your interviews and the guy!

He is probably scared to pursue anything with you because of the age difference. You should talk to him and find out if he's really interested in you. You should really get to know him as a friend first too. If you get another job you'll never know if he was interested in you, but on ther other hand another job will be a good start for you. Don't just stay at that job because of a guy, you could be missing an opportunity for another job and a possibly finding someone. Good Luck on your decision.

why would a young girl want a man 20 years her senior. what kind of relationship did you or do you have with your father. It sounds like to me that you are looking for a father figure. I say move on to a better job and stick to guys closer in age than you. You really have very little in common with a man that is so much older than you are. He is old enough to be your father and I am sure he feels a bit strange about that. Perhaps he is not too shy to flirt back but just was NOT interested in you in that way.

I know how hard it is to leave a guy that you think COULD like you back, but you're not sure. It happens all the time to me. If it was me, honestly, I would wait for him, if he's shy then it just takes longer for him to make a move. If you really like him and if he's worth staying at your lousy job, then stay and flirt your *** off, but don't be too upfront, you don't want to rush him or make him think that you're pushy. GOOD LUCK!!!

You're wasting your time. Move on. He's old enough to be your father. Think about it. When you're 40, he's gonna be 60. Would you really be into a 60-year-old when you're 40? The age difference is just too much. I'm sure your relationship wouldn't last that long...you guys are worlds apart. He may seem sexy now...but it a few years, he'll just seem OLD. Good luck.

Go for the interviews...he will still have some time to make his move if he wants to. He will make the most of the time left if he feels the same.
