If you have any brain damage, it would be so mild that it would not really affect you much, if at all, in daily functioning. Sure, it may have had some mild affect on some of the neurons which fire a neurotransmitter (chemical message) in the brain that produces dopamine, but unless you did this on a regular basis, your brain still has enough other neurons that can make up for this minor loss. I must warn you though that continued meth use can cause long term, permanent damage to your brain's chemistries, causing things like both short and long term memory loss, depression, and some studies show that there is a correlation between long term meth use and the later development of Parkinson's Disease. So, stay away from that stuff!

Has anything occurred over the last two years that make you think you have suffered brain damage.
See, the question is not whether you did or did not do something to your brain.
you did. that's a fact.
The question is, did this area of your brain that has been damaged from these two meth experience have any effect on your ability to function in your everyday life, or has it had any effect on you ability to grow mentally or to better yourself, learn, love, enjoy life.
only you can answer that, dear. but you must not confuse the two.
of course drug use does things to your brain. Some people slip away from drug use, and never come back, mentally.
but that is not true 100% of the time for 100% of the people that have ever used drugs in their lives.
Am I advocating drug use?
Absolutely not, stay away from the stuff.
i am, however advocating making sure you don't think you are worthless because you did something you should not have done.
If you are experiencing problems, mentally or emotionally, then get that checked out.
But do not live your life thinking that you completely blew it and your brain is rotting, unbeknownst to you.
Stay away from the stuff, it will kill you, but if you've not noticed anything different, then carry on with your life.

It's a fact that you killed brain cells. Unlike other cells in our body, we cannot grow back, nor produce new brain cells. So you are a little dimmer than you were before you used drugs.

Probably not, because it takes regular use to cause damage.
