Keep in mind Jesus said "Allaha" almost what Muslims say "Allah"........"Allah" therefore is the Arabic word used by Arabic-speaking Christians, Muslims, and Jews as the word for God. We can hear its counterpart in the other two semitic languages -- Aramaic (Jesus called God "Allaha") and Hebrew (Ellohim). It makes no more sense to say "Muslims worship a god called Allah" than to say "The French worship a god called Dieu" or "The Spanish worship a god called Dios.",,,,,,

God, Lord, Elohim, Allah are all titles. The Bible tells us God's personal name, Yahweh, which has come through the German and English languages to be pronounced Jehovah, in the U.S.

Is Jehovah, and the Islamic Allah, the same God/god? Read for yourself and decide for yourselves. Let others decide for themselves.

You are correct, God has various names for different groups of people. Assyrians--who speak a "newer" version of Aramaic--call God Allaha, as Jesus did in the Bible.

Jesus called God as Allaaha, since it is the Aramic word for one God. Check this Aramic learning site (Christain site)

Like wise in Arabic, one God is called as Allah, All arabic speaking Christians and Jews still use Allah to refer to God. see this discussion at a Catholic site

Did you know that the Hebrew (Elohim) is the plural form? Are you sure you want to relate the word (Allah) to Hebrew plural form? God is Spirit and His expression lives in the form and name of Jesus Christ. Therefore there is one God revealed in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Try again.
