This girl at school likes me but I dont like her. Once I've even said to her "I hate you" and she thinks its a joke (I have a tendency to utilize my 'retarded' humor). now I have no idea what to do. Please help!

just sit her down and say that you think she's a cool person, but your just not into her and that she desevers a guy who is crazy about her.

Just tell her how you feel about her and tell her that you only see her as a friend only. That you have no feelings toward her and that you hope that she can just stay friends with you. Just don't hurt her by talking ****.....like when you told her that you hate her. Yeah she can take it wrong next time and you can end up making an enemy instead of a friend. Please be a man and take this girl aside and in private, gently tell her you are flattered that she likes you "that way", but you do not like her in that way although you do value her friendship.
You might feel this is too "weak" for you as man, but I assure you that this is the most manly thing to do and the most honorable. Someday you will like someone and be ga-ga over them and they will not feel the same way about you. You will want them to treat you with compassion when that time comes, don't you?

Just be straight with her Nate. Say Im sorry i dont want to hurt your feelings but i am not interested in you . Straight up and to the point. Thats the only way to be clear about it.
