It would be cool to see a guy true to his thoughts but sometimes it's not. I mean they're are guys and they will have thoughts in their minds that girls wouldn't understand (like about other girls).
Ya i think i would like a guy who could be totally honest with me and just relax and be himself would be cool and he would feel the same so that i could be the real me in front of him( i think that's what you're wanting right?...maybe not...idk.)

Just let them take their own time in telling you their feelings and maybe you might actually get something out of them. Don't force it cause then you will get no where. Just talk to them and become real close to them. You'd be surprised how some guys really are. You should also try and reach out to them(like you would with friends) and if that doesn't really work you have to share some of your secrets, feelings, and thoughts with them (if you absolutely trust them with your secrets and thoughts) so they feel that you trust them so they can trust you.
Some guys just don't want to show things because they just like their privacy and they just don't want pple to know things about them.

ok well good luck
this is how i usually get a guy to talk to me and it usually works.
: )
hope it works for you too!

Some guys just get used to lying to themselves and to girls too, but u can't say that all guys are like this . i mean there r lots of guys who are honest and real about their feelings. may be u r surrounded by the first type.and u didn't meet any guys of those who i'm talking about.

Our feelings are more "rational" than emotional. Meaning we think about things too much, and then when we come up with a conclusion that we dont like, we wont want to hurt your feelings. You should give more details though, if you want any real and accurate answers.

My guy can be, and is, real about his feelings all the time. I believe it is in how they are raised and if they fall for societies 'mean laws' and all that crap. There are few men like mine, or so I have found, so good luck finding one that is open, honest, and real about his feelings.

I have often wondered the same thing. I take this course in college called communications and it talks a lot about how guys communicate. They really do communicate differently than we do. You should take this course cause it does help in understanding men better as well as different countries and their customs.

Rap music has killed all sense of romance and chivalry as we know it. Just turn on your local to 40 station and you will hear it. I mean the stuff is catchy, good to dance to. But the boys want to be that and the results are not always good.

Most guys just want to feel stuff, and not looked down by other guys. You are weak, man.

Cause in American male socialization we're almost forced to hide our more "soft" emotions like tenderness and sadness and vulnerability. Being seen as "soft" by other boys/men can set one up for abuse or disrespect from male abusers.
