If you did not allow for everything, then you cannot balance them. It may be that you will have to sacrifice something. Evaluate your schedule. Budget your time and other resources. There are only 24 hours per day. If you need 26 hours to accomplish your task, then you are out of balance and have to make budget cuts as appropriate. If you have to spend less time with your girlfriend, don't tell her it is a budget cut. She will not understand such terminology and will be offended. You might have to cut some sports. You might have to cut games. It's all about planning.

know in your mind that all of these are equally important to you, and set out to ensure that job or gurlfriend won't take away from your school, for example. look at time management and organize accordingly. also get enough sleep and make sure you eat, so that you can be alert and have energy to manage all your activities.

A planner really helps organize your time. Think of getting one, and it will become easier to find free time. Trust me, it works.

prioritize everything. school and job tied for first, gf in second, sports? i wouldnt even put that on my list.

get organized. talk to ur girl that ur buzy explain it to her am not saying dump her. get ur work schedule straight and not bumped into ur games/practices
