This is someone I don't know very well and he was asking everyone around us the same question...noone seemed to know what he was talking about. In researching the quote, I found that it came from Batman and that many people list it as their favorite quote. Just wondering if anyone knows what the heck it means?! Thanks for the help guys!!

Dancing with the devil is wrong, risky, foolish, etc.
In the pale moonlight, refers to darkness, hidden things, without all the information.

Are you doing something wrong. Do you really know your surroundings or what you are getting into? Are you taking a very unnecessary risk?

I think it just means you're giving into a sinful temptation. It was said by The Joker to either Vicki Vale or Batman (I can't remember who exactly) on a rooftop or something. When you hear Jack Nicholson say it, it doesn't really matter what it means. It's just cool sounding. :)
