SUCKERPUNCHED IN THE GUT TOTALLY UNEXPECTED WHEN YOUR GUT WAS COMPLETLY RELAXED AND SOFT? if yes :when,by who, did it knock the wind outta you and why did he or she punch you in the gut?

Hi! Yes I have... funny story...
I was a senior in highschool playing Desdemona in "Othello". Othello was being played by a freshman. Well, we got to the part in the play when Othello accuses Desdemona of infidelity. The freshman was suppose to smack me across the face for "lying" (or trying to convince Othello that I was faithful). Well, instead of smaking me across the face (as rehearsed), Othello punched me in the stomach... hard.
So I fell down on the stage. The audience gasped. Well, being the professional actor I am, I kept on with my lines while crawling away, out of breath (he knocked the wind out of me) and with tears streaming down my face.
Well, then the death scene came. Othello was suppose to put a pillow over my face and smother me. Instead, he choked me while slamming my head into the stage. Then he grabbed the pillow.
At the end, we received a standing ovation. The audience said that the last scenes look so real, they couldn't believe how talented we were....
...if they only knew...
The freshman who played Othello said he didn't do it on purpose... that he was just super nervous and forgot what he was suppose to do....

OH GOD yeah! Thanks for bringing up a memory!! I was at the movie theatre with some friends, and we were walking out.. I was just all tra la la la not expecting a thing, and then WHAM! My friend Katrina had punched me right in the stomach, and really hard too! My eyes watered and i hunched down and eventually had to sit on the ground because I couldnt breathe.

No, but once when I was lying on my back on the floor, totally relaxed, my daughter jumped on top of my stomach and I thought it must have caused some internal damage. It knocked the wind out of me, hurt like heck, and almost made me cry.

Yes, by a drunk man who was trying to hit some one else, but his aim was off....... It knocked me on my ***, I didn't have the air knocked out of me. But I was sore for at least a week afterward.
What a strange question, why did you ask, if you dont mind me asking?

yes i have... i was young, and we were playing around. i couldn't breath for 15 sec. and i also got the wind knocked out of me when i fell from a freaking tree...and also when another friend got me cause we were playing around...and i have other times, but i can't tell them all here.. to much to type

well it did happened to me but i was playing soccer and it hurt like hell. one thing my gut wasnt relaxed and soft ok?
