I have gone to the website, it says I have to pay 29.95 for something that AUTOMATICALLY installed on my hard drive when I put "Constantine" dvd in to watch. Can't remove it...do I have to reformat to get rid of this. I'll defintately NEVER buy it now !!!

This has been all over news sites. You don't have to pay them anything. Look at Kim Komando's website forums. Lots of help there.

first of all right click on that pop up and see if you can get the properties on it. you will be looking for where it has stored itself. or You can also click start then run and type in the name of that pop up and try to find out where it is located in your computer.
I am assuming you looked in add and remove programs already or you wouldn't be here asking.
If you find out where the file is located that is giving you this grief. then follow that file string to where its located and delete the file by right clicking on it and then choosing delete.
You can also try "THE CRAP CLEANER" http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ This is a pretty easy program to run. It will not harm your computer. When you run the registery cleaner save the backup file to your documents.

have you tried going to the add/remove section in the control panel?? it may have put something in your registry,, so you may need a registry fixer,,should be done by someone who knows,,,
