eat healthy food!..dont have late snacks...make sure your last dinner would be around 6 to 7 max!eat 3 times a day!...ummm dont eat sweets!if you really want have sugar free sweets!you will see the difference in a month time!and you will thank me!..cos thats not a diet!its just eating healthy food really.
p.s drink loads of water! atleast 1.5L a day!

I dont know about 20 pounds in a month. But just eat healthy foods, don't get fast food at all. If its possible drink only water and lots of it. You could maybe start walking or jogging, or any other type of physical activity youve been interested in. Also, if your hungry for a snack eat an apple. They are so good for you and they burn fat. Don't eat before you go to bed. That is a no no.

i really don't think you can lose 20 lbs in one month without causing a eating disorder or endangering yourself, but you can lose some weight by eating healthier and exercising and getting enough rest!

The safest way is to take a regular kitchen knife and cut the slabs of fat off that you dont want. Have some duct tape handy to patch the holes. Hope this helps
