Oh, that.
He's a Hypabilaton Golgol from the 14th moon of Quarbizas, and he got stranded in your kitchen because he forgot to change the batteries on his intergalactic space-time warp drive.
Don't worry about what he's doing with his fifth arm, he's just trying to call collect by transmitting brain waves though the ether.
If he starts melting, just put him the fridge, he's not used to temperatures above 3 degrees.
It might be a she, it's hard to tell.
