Nick,
There is, as you seem to already have an idea of, a lot of suffering in this world. Thing is, we have to realize how little it matters WHAT WE FEEL about it. See, we can see these much less fortunate people in the world and say "gee, that really stinks for them. Wish it would get better". And if you look around America, and the world, there are VERY greedy people that could care less about all that suffering. Many people are out for nothing but to get more and more for themselves, and don't pay attention to those who don't even have the chance to get the things they absolutely need. Or the ones that can't get out of situations of war and conflict. Much of the conflict in the Middle East is over oil. Something worth so much money creates people who could care less who lives or dies, as long as they get their money. Now how should I handle this, you ask? A great man you may know as Ghandi, said something very important- "We must be the change we wish to see in the world". So if you see something you don't like; suffering, war, death, and so forth, live your life how you live it, but if you are in a position to help, do what you can. If it's important enough to you, you might want to do what you can to put yourself ina position to help the most... Even if you can't solve the problem completely, you can most definitely make a hell of a DENT. Good luck, and hope I've helped you out
:-),
Dave

Well if you're Madonna you go an orphanage of suffering kids and promise them 4 dollar bottle of Kabbalah water. Sure to be blessed by a religion they've never heard of
If your a normal person what can you do? Help here and there if you can but suffering will always be a part of life.

there is soreness and suffering because of the fact people can basically be truley happy with the aid of helping others and making the international an more desirable place and loving eachother. i replaced into speaking approximately this the different day: If there replaced into no suffering and no saddness then we could have no longer something to paintings for. guy strives to create perfection from imperfection. yet while each and every thing replaced into suitable we does not be happy because of the fact we could be no experience of success. i'm uncertain as to why this is like that yet i comprehend it is replaced. no longer all of it yet somewhat maximum yet all of us could could paintings for it mutually. If no-you may actually combat there could be no wars. i think of people have a loss of information of eachother specially circumstances and basically how efficient we are in a position to be as quickly as we paintings mutually. We study from suffering and this is with the aid of studying that we grow to be better people.

Your response has to be "your" response. It has to come from your heart. Your response can't be dictated by someone else. Decide this one for yourself.

Don't let it beat you down. Let it toughen you up.
Don't try to deny it, don't turn away from it. Face it, fight it, and grow stronger.
