I have the same type of hair, so here are a few suggestions:

1. Pigtails--
I know these may seem childish, but they are coming back in style. Not high pigtails, but low ones.

2.A bun--
Put your hair up in a ponytail, but then pull it through once more, but not all of the way. Keep it in the bun.

3. Braid--
A loose braid off to the side is very sexy. Even better - a french braid.

4. Half - N - Half --
Take the top layer of your hair and clip it up, while leaving the bottom half down.

your avatar looks like mine... sortof... well what i do is get two hairclips and (with hair parted on the side and diagonal) you leave some bangs loose and clip the rest up halfway....
or try using one of those big butterfly clip things... and put your hais up and spike the hair dangling over up! easy and cute.
