We have the sharing tree here where I live. Also, at my work we volunteer time and money for a program called Holiday Network. We all chip in money and go shopping for families that can not afford to shop for their kids. We shop for the parents too. Then we wrap them and take them and food also to the headquarters. There are a lot of programs out there, here are a few that i know of. # 1 Tandem Family's,# 2 your local police dept. # 3 Social Serves # 4 Thrift Stores. I hope that helps you out. Good luck.

Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, and many other stores, businesses, boys and girls clubs, police departments, Motorcycle clubs, hospitals, and churches have "Paper Angel" trees.

check with your local post office and courthouse. they ususally distribute names of needy families to local charity groups. mc
