Difficult question, you can try pain relievers like aspirin or Tylenol until you see the Doctor. I have found that when you have an injury like that a combination of rest and stretching often helps. You should also go see the Doctor. The websit below should help. Hope you feel better soon.

Do you know what's causing it? When I had it, it was from running. I actually ended up just having to stop running for awhile, and the pain did go away very quickly....within a week or two. I started running again, and so far it hasn't come back. If you're doing something that you can't stop doing (like, if you work on your feet), I know there are some foot braces that you can buy to wear at night. They hold your foot perpendicular to your leg to keep the muscles appropriately stretched which will help minimize the pain. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of other treatments except maybe buying heel cups for your shoes. I use those now when I run, and I think that may be one reason my plantar fascitis hasn't come back.

Rest is the primary therapy for plantar fasciitis. Try to hold weight off your foot till the infection is going away. You too can follow ice to the sore field for 20 mins 3 or 4 instances an afternoon to alleviate your signs. Often a general practitioner will prescribe nonsteroidal anti inflammatory therapy comparable to ibuprofen. A application of dwelling sporting events to stretch your Achilles tendon and plantar fascia are the mainstay of treating the situation and lessening the hazard of recurrence.
