First of all, congratulations, you are taking the first step. I have just lost 73lbs. and can give you a few suggestions.
1. Take the weight off slow (big drag, I know) but it gives the skin enough time to decrease in size.
2. Exercise
3. Drink plenty of water
Skin reduction is easier when you are young, I am not young. Forty to sixty pounds is not a ridiculous amount so don't get too concerned. I find you have to watch the jiggly bits under the arms and inside the legs. That is where exercise comes in for those specific areas. All the best of Luck and if you want to contact me direct I have no problem e-mailing you back. I realize this is a very sensitive, personal subject and that is why I am offering this to you.

You don't want loose flabby skin, WEIGHT TRAIN. As you loose the weight, lift some. Get into a gym and do some palates or strength training. And at your age.....you shouldn't have a problem at all!! Good luck and be strong!!

Sit ups. Keep active. Avoid sitting down for more than an hour at a time. No junk food or candy. Not even diet soda or gum. Eat lots of celery.

-stop or try not to eat junk food like McDonald, chocolate, chips, etc
-take PE classes to exercise, go to the gym, or do exercise running in the morning or when you have time.
-Set up a diet plan for yourself and commit to it.
-Don't eat things that you used to eat before even if it's hard for you, eat more vegetables instead.
-Hope this helps, good luck.

you should try to tone up w/weights while losing, but you may have to get plastic surgery to get rid of the skin. I lost weight slowly so I gave my skin time to come back.

It should just snap back into place after a little bit of time. You're young and thats what young skin does. If that doesn't work maybe try lotion?
