open the box of baking soda take some out tsp will do ..add water make into paste put on tooth brush brush your teeth ..simple or buy a tube of baking soda toothpaste in the store they do sell it !!

Don't use pure baking soda to brush your teeth more than once a week. The baking soda is too high in ph (alkaline) and abrasive; it will wear away your tooth enamel.

Buy the Baking Soda toothpaste... its easy and less complicated. You wont have to deal with the water/soda ratios, to be safer. Besides, not having the right ratios could damage your teeth as welll.

Mix a little with water and brush, but why would you want to. It's nasty.

Mix with peroxide for best results, but it tastes nasty. Whatever you do dont swallow the mixture! Not harmful, but nauseating for sure. But that is for a dog. You can use your fingers if its for your dog.
