If you're over the age of 18 you can date whatever age man you feel attracted to...keep in mind though that if you are a minor you can cause that man to be charged with statutory rape and he will become a registered sex offender and your future will suffer financially because you were underage...
also remember that the older they are, the less sexual enthusiasm they are going to have...and many men over the age of 40...no matter how healthy and sexy they look...suffer from ED. Those little wonder pills have terrible side affects and you wont like the outcome of what they transform him into after his erection is gone.
