So I am working with one girl and after talking for a while in the lunch room I ask her out. She seems to be into me. But her reply was that she does not go out and that she spends all her free time at church. Do you think that this can be possible or is just blowing me off? By the way she still talks to me like before. How weird is that ?

Chances are...she's blowing you off, and she said what she did and she keeps talking to you to avoid hurting your feelings.

She prob likes you but doesn't want to date someone from work because when it goes south it makes a bad situation not only for the both of you but for everyone at work.
