When I go up to the nurse after PE for my chest pain because we ran what will she do?

what should i tel her and what will she do and will she be mad

Why would she be mad? All she will do is use her stethoscope to listen to your chest and maybe send you to a doctor to get it checked out properly.

If she's anything like the nurse at my school, she most definitely won't be mad. She'll take your chest pains to be THE most important thing going on in the history of injuries. She'll probably also send a note home to your parents requesting that you see a doctor if you're having serious chest pains. Ya never know- there may be something else going on that you don't realize.

School nurses are limited in what they can do.
Some cannot even give a child an aspirin. She will probably tell the principal to call your Mom
and tell her take you to the Doctor for a physical exam to find out why this problem is happening! You might have "gym phobia". You
might be afraid to get undressed in front of the other girls and/or shower with them.This will
cause you undo stress, hence the pains in your
chest!

She SHOULDN'T be mad, but sometimes people can be jerks. Just tell her as specifically as possible about your problem. As a nurse, she should be qualified to at least decide if your problem warrents serious concern.

Sometimes simple chest discomfort can be normal for a beginning athlete, but you never know. If you're really worried, don't depend on the nurse to help you. See a doctor.
