I was told to put the fatty liquid that came from a salmon baked onto my vegetables to give it a better taste. Is this good for you?

fish contain omerga-3 which is proven to lower cholesterol. there is cholesterol good and bad in the salmon juice, but to use a little on vegetables would not harm you.
Try also a tablespoon of sesame oil with herbs or experiment with seasonings.. you would be surprised what tastes good on veggies.
My personal favorite is a blend of lemon pepper and paprika with just a small amount of butter.

Don't know never tried it but I Love Salmon we had Salmon Patties tonite lol

I think that's omega3 fatty acids. The good kind of fat.
