Yes, of course. It wouldn't be hard at all for a 40 year old man to love a 49 year old woman, especially if she has taken good care of herself. If you are talking about an 18 year old guy loving a 27 year old woman, it still wouldn't be that unreasonable. If the man is 60 and the woman is 69 but looks 59, why not? There is a lot of room for differences, especially when love is involved.
