The modem radio is manufactured by GLB Electronics circa 1985, serial # 708105 (parallel port, 25 pins) The other radio is a iNET900, MDS, serial port, nine pins.

You get printouts of DB9 and DB25 connectors and figure it out. MDS's use RTS from the other modem to transmit, and use a variable CTS back to the modem to trigger the data. 5ms is more than enough for an MDS to key up. I'm not familiar with the GLB, but it's probably similar.
