Why do we give words such power,
The power to hurt and maim?
When will we learn to coexist,
And realize we are all the same?
What difference is the label given,
Muslim, Christian, Jew?
Why can't we see the humanity,
In men, women and children too?

We have our different faiths but we are still human children of the same God. We should behave as such.

Hey, that's really nice! Isn't it interesting how a person can write a 2oo word poem that is beautiful, and then someone else writes another poem, "saying" the same thing, but with fewer words, and equally beautiful? Whatever the case may be, beautiful poetry comes from a beautiful heart, and yours obviously is.

I feel I am changing daily, for the good, you know we all slip, but since I realized that you really don't need a religion, I don't criticize other religions, not saying that I am perfect, but I can try, we all should try to be like Jesus.
