As good as any other foam stabilized pillow!
The best type of pillows to be sleeping on, I wouldnt want the fluffy feather ones ever again!

I worked for both a chiropractor and a physical therapist. Both places sold these kinds of foam pillows and sold them with pride. The idea with these pillows is that they stabilize the neck and straighten the back. If you get one may I recommend the the pillow with the lip on it and keep the lip portion under your neck and not under your shoulder.

I bought one because of a neck injury, and I really wasn't all that impressed. It really didn't help me at all. I wound up using an old, flat pillow instead.
