Go to your Internet Explorere's history page, May be you will find the product key page that showed-up during update, If that does not help, restore your window to a date prior to that update. I'm not sure if this will erase the update so that you can update it again and see the page again. Last try is completely remove the Norton program and reinstall it and perform the update again.

YOU CAN PERFORM SYSTEM RESTORE ONLY IN WIN XP.
HERE IS HOW...

START >
ALL PROGRAM >
ACCESSORIES >
SYSTEM TOOLS >
SYSTEM RESTORE

Selet the first option and click Next
Find the date on the left to which you want your system to restore to and click Next

WARNING: for example, if you restore your computer to Sep 25th, all program you have installed since then will be lost. You will not loose any files though.

I thought Norton used to print prod keys on the back of their packs or boxes.
