Go to Tools, Accounts, Change Account, Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) should read: mail.xxx.com (xxx = your ISP)

Do you get an error message and is there an err number startin with 0x800??

Depending on the err number, it could be the antivirus program or your internet provider.
