There are no good virus protection softwares, mainly because virus programs and files are getting updated faster than virus protection ones, so I really cannot recommned one. Im using on called PC-cillin and it has worked fine, there have been no virus in my PC, and the best part is that I got it free from internet. Its better to download a good virus protection program from internet becuase its free, rather than purchasing one, For ex., if you buy the Norton Antivirus 2006, in 2 years it will be workless, it wond be able to stop most of the new viruses.

For spyware protection get Spysweeper from Webroot. It's the best product out there. For a security suite, look at Norton Internet Security.

Spysweeper can be purchased via download.
