you'll never get rid of your feelings, they just start to fade and you slowly forget them and on bad days all the memories come back, the most you can do is try to accept the things that have happened in the past. once you accept them, it will be easier to move forward instead of continually falling backwards.
good luck hun

Three of my family members were in the mental hospital within the last 10 years, two of them were put in there because of massive depression. A few years ago my mother thought my younger brother and I had worms (I'm 20 now), my mother talked to someone she knew and he said to take a bath in this stuff:
Green soap: http://www.nutrigreens.com/nutrigreens/products/prod_52.asp
Neutralizer:
http://www.nutrigreens.com/nutrigreens/products/prod_51.asp
We did so thinking it would just get rid of our supposed worms. Well other things started changing. Among quite a large list of positive changes is the fact that now my mother, father, and little brother are all depression free. As a family we used to take 21 medications (the ones I could remember were depakote, ritalin/concerta, buspar, and loads of others that I can't remember). We used to each have our own personal therapist and we used to visit some kind of doctor multiple times a week. Today we don't take any, and we use this stuff and we feel damn good.
Mind you, when I take a deep look at these things, I don't see how they can work, I read stuff all over the internet that says it shouldn't work. But I know that it works because, well it did freakin work.
Also, I can sure being a rape victim must have been hard, I know a few people (including myself) that had similar occurences as children. Just keep in mind that you are somebody! And no matter what religion you're in, or what happens to you, YOU WERE MADE FOR A REASON! I don't know how you feel about God, but I can tell you from personal experience he has to be real, and he made you. He cries when you cry.
Also, I'm not saying don't visit the doctor, because that would just be retarded. And if you're not, I think therapy would be a great way to cope with some of this. No matter what happens, I hope this works out for you. : - )

I have not seen resolved questions on the subject. But i still feel that you need advice.
Pain and regret comes through to a person who feels he hasn't got what he wanted or he is not getting things as he ought to have been.
The solution is in your hand. Self-righteousness is very essential to overcome any problem. Learn to accept people as they are and also remember True Love does not keep a record of wrongs. By doing right things on your own without expecting anything in return makes a person to a pedastal higher which also gives a satisfaction that no other thing gives. Now plan your life based on this, you will succeed. Nothing succeeds like success.

You have a sad looking avatar. Read this page all about you. It is designed to get rid of your self hate with powerful methods based on reality. After reading it you can say YAHOO and read it a few more times.
You have no idea of your potential and how incredible you really are. Due to ignorant people around you, you feel this way which happens when you ignore the reality.

The worst is when you betray someone who really cares about you. Sometimes you have no other choice, sometimes you think you don't but you didn't. That's when you know you're making a big decision, when you realize if you're wrong you're really going to regret it. Takes a while in life to learn what you're going to have trouble forgetting.
Sounds like you're about there.
We're all bad sometimes, got to learn how to cope with it, how to demonstrate to the world that you have moved on if need be.
Know yourself. Cry about it. Then laugh about it. Then you'll be about there.
There is always something funny in failure and there is always something sad in success.
"and since every pleasure's got an edge of pain, pay for your ticket and don't complain." - Robert Hunter
(sometimes you've got to complain, but don't expect anyone to listen, and don't get carried away)
You might want to get a counselor too. Sounds like you've got the 'i want to hide under my bed and pretend i don't exist feeling' Lots of times you don't want to put your friends through discussions of those things. Takes a lot of time, they don't know what to say, etc.
And when all else fails, and you think you can never be redeemed, just go out and perform a great deed, a service to the world, that no one can deny(but that no one knows about.)

All right, Honey. I don't have the time to look up the other questions right now. But I can see you have some issues.
I've had to deal with some serious depression too, and sometimes you can only take it one day at a time. You may want to get counselling- in fact, you might need to.
Meanwhile, find something to live for- something that you really want to accomplish more than anything else in the world.
Good luck.

Stop being your own worst enemy.....don't focus on the things U have done focus on the present.....
that or try writing to that person U hurt.......I usually never let them see it and sometimes I flush it down the toliet as kinda like a ritual of wiping the emotional crap out of my head and letting it go Bye Bye....or U can let them see it if U want....Its a nice creative way to release emotions

Everyone regrets something but you should not let it run your life.
Dont be offended by this but I really think you need Psycological help if you are feeling like how you are.
