Years ago Campbells tomato soup had a recipe on one of its cans for meatloaf.. it was tomato soup, the onions used for green bean casserole on top, and you added cubed potatoes around it. Cover with foil and bake...
I have lost it :(
Does anyone have it???

Savory Meat Loaf with Oven-Roasted Potatoes
From: Campbell's Kitchen
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 5 minutes
Serves: 6


Ingredients:

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (2.8 oz.) French's® French Fried Onions
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 small potatoes, cut into quarters

Directions:

MIX thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, 1/2 can onions, egg and Worcestershire. Shape firmly into 8"x 4" loaf in baking pan. Spoon remaining soup over meat loaf. Arrange potatoes around meat loaf.

BAKE at 400°F. for 1 hr. or until done. Stir potatoes. Sprinkle remaining onions over meat loaf. Bake 3 min.

I would say wing it the best things I have made have all been from creativity make that recipe yours not campbells:)
