life's short. ask him out. option 1) he says no. you feel stupid, you forget about it in 5 years or have a story to tell your kids. option 2) you ask him out, he says yes, then you figure the rest out. you choose.

p.s. don't you hate it when people tell you your "too young"?

Cheese Whiz - don't be so defensive girl! Most of us if we're honest had our first crush in grade school! Well, what I would do is give him a reason to ask you out. Find out what his two biggest challenges in life are and figure out some meaningful ways you could help him with those. Guys even at that age have an ego - if you're having a challenge with something he's good at like Math for instance, see if he'd be willing to give you a little tutoring on the subject. That will make him feel really good about himself. He could be toying with you or he treats alot of girls like this and doesn't even think about it. So be careful - it's no fun to get embarrased or hurt in a situation like this. Most boys are kind of immature - you can expect that until they are about 50 maybe even older. He may have never asked a girl out in his life and isn't even thinking about "going out" with anyone. If you get to know him as a friend - it will be much safer for him and comfortable to ask you to do things together even if he doesn't call it a "date."

Uummm well, why would you tell people who you are asking for opinions from to go to hell? That is rude, and you aren't going to always hear what you want to hear...that's the purpose of an opinion. Anyway, you're too young, think about boys later.

ok, so, at least you're smart enough to know that girls mature faster than boys - so you've got the edge on him.
Just ask him out - he'll be flattered - guys actually like to be asked out - great for their egos. If he actually says no, then you know that he is not ready for a relationship.
Good Luck!

properly many times in case you're making the invite you would be the only paying. yet once you tell her in strengthen the placement then you certainly would desire to be good. in basic terms dont be scared be confadent and in basic terms pass with the circulate. be cool i assume you may say. and in basic terms be uncomplicated. tell her howdy i relly such as you and that i relly desire to take you out to a action picture yet i dont arise with the money for. do you techniques paying your individual way? and that i shelter you next time? dont make it seem such as you wont ever pay her back for it. tell her in a fashion that makes it appear like your jusr short this time and next time she would be waiting to be good. kind of concern. grils will many times say confident. yet while it turns right into a huge-unfold concern then they start asserting no.

wow that was complicated. um..as far as flirting goes, drop subtle hints, like, "what are you doing this weekend?" and if he says "nothing" you can suggest that he can give you a call if he wants to hang out..maybe that'll grab his attention. believe me, i sympathize with you and KNOW how hard it can be to get an older guy to like you.

Maybe you could go with the old school "check yes or check no" letter. At least then if he says no, it would be less embarrassing.
