never been caught cheating although there has been signs. also caught her smoking weed, also when we fight she go's straight for the bottle, been together for about a year and some change and it's been fairly good, has a friend that lives above us and does everything she can to break us up from the start cause shes overwieght and no attractive cant find a man for herself

let me clear something up.She smokes pot not "me" and I'm going to jail on a DUI. We both drink but we had our problem with booze early in the relationship "K" my concern is that when I am gone she will drink and smoke and probally make some bad choices should I end that way it wont hurt as bad if she bangs another guy or stay together and then she will be cheating on me??????????

Hmm. If you are going to jail, unless she changes, it isn't going to be very good rehabilitation for you. I'd suggest breaking up and surround yourself with people that can help you.

You need to decide whether you really want to be with her when you come out. It's best to decide now, because when you are inside, you will definitely feel that you want to be with her, as you will be very bored.
This could be a chance for a completely new start in life.
If you breaking the law was anything to do with her, then I would recommend ending the relationship and moving out.
Otherwise, have a good long think about the future - how do you want life to be a year after you come out?

What??!! you are going to jail --she smokes pot and is a drunk--you both need counseling, therapy and whatever else you can find.
And are probably co-dependent, & enable each other --and every other emotional, relational nightmare that could possibly exist between 2 people !! leave each other--- at the very least until you both get your act together and live straight, unaddicted, drug/alcohol/crime free lives !! Good luck and go with God.
