What does this question really ask? Are you saying the person accusing you in an accident is committing fraud? What proof do you have of it? Advise your insurance company. If they can determine it's fraud they won't pay the claim and will prosecute. If they can't and you're just another one of those insureds who believes everyone is lying, they will pay it. It all comes down to proof.

i own a repair shop,and id report it,i say this because i got caught in the middle of something like this and had to report it once, i wound up getting a reward for doing it,,but id definitely report it,always stay in the clear if you can,on a matter like this,good luck,i hope this help,s
