I'm a guy and I've had a shoe/foot fetish almost all my life, and it's really embarrasing for me. I want to tell them so I can get it off my chest, but I don't know if I should or how I should if I wanted to. If I tell them, they might be more open and might buy me some boots or something. Should I tell my parents, and if so how should I tell them?

sweetheart, its none of their business. everyone has fetishes, everyone has secrets. if you want to confide in someone, try an online foot/shoe fetish website or group. or try and find a girl that likes having her feet admired.. trust me, there are tons. telling your parents about your fetish is not like admitting you are gay. there is no need for them to know about what you like in your private life. it will probably embarass them, and there is really no reason for them to know.

but in the end, do what is best for you.

good luck :)

I really don't think this is a matter that your parents have to know about. It's almost like your young adult telling you what positions he loves the best. This is something you like, you are not a bad child, I really don't think they have to know something so personal about you. Everyone has there own sex thing, don't ever be ashamed.

some things should be kept private, for you to share with whom you choose, just so you know thats not really a strange fetish..

Why would you tell your parents that? Would you tell them everything in the bedroom. Somethings your parents just should not know.
