he found out i like him cause my friend told our guy friend that i like alex so he told him and then my friend just started to say cierra likes alex but what do i do with my friend i am pissed at her and what do i do with alex i am afraid he dont like me and will tease me and that i cant go around him

firstly, dis your mate... she's jealous 'cause she likes him herslf, through this attempting to ridicule you
speak to Alex and tell him you're sorry that Cierra had to put him on the spot like that.
Ensure it's a private conversation, without interuptions... maybe (if the feeling feels right) you can discuss further feelings? if time / location allows for it
but don't leave it for too long... the longer the wait, the more uncomfortable the distance between you guys

well. if he teases you.then forget about him. he`s too immature for you. but don`t worry about it, sooner or later people will forget about it. and he might like you too. since your friend already told him that you like him then why don`t you ask you`re friend to ask him if he likes you back. better yet. you should ask him yourself. and since he already knows. it can`t be helped. so just try your best and go for it. good luck ! =]
