This is good to get them white, but it will thin the teeth big time.
U need Enamel Care toothpaste.
Baking Soda should get them white naturally.

Regular brushing and using white strips will, mouthwash is not a very effective brightening agent. There is a maximum that they can get and that would be the natural color of the tooth. The things that darken teeth would be decay, stains from things like coffiee and sigarette smoke, and plaque formation. The regular brushing ang flosing will aid in reducing the plaque, and staining, the strips will helo with the staining, But to do a real number on them you could try lazer whitening or get bleach trays and dental bleaching compound and you would see much better results.

The whiteness of your teeth is hereditary. So you can only get so white and that is it. But if you are causing browning stop the cause. Such as coffee, tea, smoking, chew, or not brushing properly. Be careful of whiteners. Dont use them too much as they are finding with repeated use they may cause cancer. It is best just to use a regular tartar control paste plus a mouth wash like Listerine. Have the dentist clean your teeth every six months and he can whiten them maybe every other year if you need it.

Strictly speaking really white no. It depends on how yellow or gray your teeth are now. Also it depends on if you smoke, drink red wine, coffee, cola, tea, etc.
You can get an increase of a few shades and this may be what you are looking for. You may need to see your DDS if you are looking for a more dramatic change.
You may also experience sensitivity so increase your fluoride with an otc rinse and toothpaste. Make sure any product is approved by the American Dental Association it will be clearly marked on the product.

Those things would help whiten (as they oxidize), but when you stop using them, your teeth's natural color comes back.
