Someone please help me I dont want to die?

Question

I believe when a person dies there is not heaven or hell, they just die and that's it....every day I think about dying and it makes me cry =( Is there some way You can explain to me that there is a heaven???What about souls??or spirits

Read 'Llife after Death' by Yogi Ramacharaka.

Its a very old book, but it's an easy read, and it makes a great deal of sense to me.

WOW - that is something to feel depressed about. It's actually a very good thing. It means that your own soul is alive, active and searching for truth. You have some level of spiritual awareness already or you wouldn't be thinking like this. Just the fact that humans even can consider the supernatural and things that they can't see is an indication that there is more. Otherwise - where in the world would we get such thoughts? If we evolved from a mud puddle and from different animals - you'd think humans would have thoughts about being part something else or like thoughts of wanting to run back into the jungle and live like apes. No other animal even has the capacity to consider such notions. If we were just going to die and that's it - there's no real purpose or meaning to life other than the here and now. You can have some motivation in affecting generations to come, but nothing beyond that because they too are also going to die. I think alot of these thoughts have to do with the fact that the world is heavily bound to evolutionary thinking. If the world has been around for billions of years, then the bible can't be true and is quite irrelevant as a microscopic blip in the span of time the world has existed. However, much of the evidence we find more closely correlates to a young earth and much of what we find in the bible pulls together all that we know about known history. No one was there billions or millions of years ago - how can we know that's true? There is no proof - no one was there. The methods designed to date fossils are faulty - we've simply developed a worldview and sold it to almost everyone in the world that is devoid of spirituality. If there was a God and He was speaking to you right now - He would be telling you that this worldview is quite hopeless. That could actually explain why you're feeling this way. You may think I'm nutso - but I'd suggest the book of John in the bible. Just give it a shot - it can't make you feel worse. The bible has Answers - you should check out this website. Again, you may think I'm nutso but it can't hurt to take a look.

You say you don't believe in Heaven or Hell. Well I don't know either. What I can tell you from almost 60 years of life experiance is that there are spirits or souls. They are the souls of our loved ones and in some cases those of otheres we don't know. Once I had a young American Indian child playing jokes on me. Kept locking me out of my own house - my wife even saw the lock on the door turn. My most loved dog came to me one night to say good by to me. I wasn't their when she died so she came and said her good by to me. It is a debate for all time about spirits, Good & Evel, God & the Devel. Did you know that DOG spelled backwards spells GOD.

I don't know if there is a Heaven or a Hell. There has only been one reported person that returned form the dead. However he isn't around any more to tell us about his trip. What I do know is that we are all going to die, that is the difference between humanity and animals. Some like those poor children in PA go sooner than others like myself. Why that happened is another debate for another time. Funny when I think that I lived through so much in my life but didn't die.

Maybe you should spend a little more time living and a lot less time thinking about dieing. Like the old song goes - I pray there is a Heaven and I hope there anit no Hell.

Heaven is something that we are tought about in church. It is a most pleasent of places. It is a place where the lion will lie down with the lamb. It is a place where the streets are made of gold. It is a place if you believe it is a place. I am sure every minister and preast and many others want you to believe. However it is up to you to believe, that is why it is called fath.

You must make up your own mind about Heaven & Hell no one can do that for you. I have a question for you. Do you believe there are angles? If you do then you believe in Heaven even if you don't think you do. It is the only place they are unless there on a mission for God.

You can start your search by reading the Bible from cover to cover it is the only way to come away with the answers you are seeking. From there you can check out the other Holy books that all the other religians use.

As for me I pray there is a Heaven & I hope there anit no Hell. So please start living, for that is what life is for. Life is short - Just a puff of air - Death is perminant for us who don't believe in reincarnation. SO SMILE, BE HAPPY and LIVE . P.S. Wh do you believe you are going to die so much that you think about it every day ? what is going on that you havent said ? have you been told you have a terminal disease ? Yes Heaven exhists it is Gods throne and thre also is going to be another place picture this earth transformed into a paradise with jesus as king of the kingdom that will rule over the whole earth and there will be peace and happiness for all as Rev 21:3,4 brings out and Ps 37:9-11,29 and Isa 65 :17-25 so whatever problems you are experiencing now will be done away with let me know if i can help you any more cheer up best wishes Gorbalizer

In my younger teens I had a big fear about dying. Some nights I would lay and think about it and I would get a panic attack, all though at the time I didn't know what it was.
Go to the library and pick out some books about the after life. There are a lot of books about people who have died for a few moments and come back and their experinces of the after life. All though it can't be proven it may help to calm your fears.
Also try to worry more about living in the now then when you die. Even if it is the end there is nothing you can do to change that the best you can do is live your life to its fullest.

We have experiences every day that prove there is more to
our reality than this world. Don't you know sometimes who's on the phone when it rings? Or sing a song and turn the radio on and it's playing?

Yes I agree with u about NOT wanting to die. Please ask some friends relatives or coworkers if anybody wants to die NOW!!. U may find the issue is universal!!

First I ask the question who am I. I am my thoughts followed by actions.

Well first take a deep breath, I think about dying to. I know it is scary to think about. I believe that there is a heaven because I lost my grandmother 5 years ago and I believe that she went to heaven because she was a good person and that is what I believe. I can not really explain heaven to you because I don't know but I can tell you don't think about dying just live life and see where is takes you. Good luck. You will be ok.

Im sorry you spend so much time being upset over this. Unfortunately noone came make you believe in something. You have to believe for yourself. Is it gonna make you feel any better if i tell you there is a heaven? probally not. Noone really wants to die...its the whole unknown thing i guess. But it is a reality and it will happen...and your just like everyone else becuase noone knows for sure what is beyond that point. Sorry

I believe that there is a Heaven, because I have reason to believe there is a God. If God is real, which I believe he is, then he obviously would take his sons and daughters into his home. Everytime I ask God for help, he comes through. You believe what you want, and it does frighten me as well. My main fears are if I will go to Heaven, after about a few thousand years a few confusing twists on religion can pop up. Just live your life being a good person, and follow any religion that suits what you want to believe.

My main message to you is just to live life the way you want, and believe what you want. Don't let others force you into a religion, follow your heart :).
