I think it means that she is feelin' you and she is thinking about you. I believe that she is interested in you. Don't leave her hanging. If you are interested in her, be sure that you return the text message to show that you have interest in her as well.

She is just trying to tickle your brain a bit. To let you know that she has been thinking about you....
and when we do that, we definitely like a guy. But she only made that move. i think that me and her think alike. If that's the case, I don't thin she'll chase you more. She got your attention, she gave you the green signal, but now she is hoping and xpecting you to conquer her... To do the next move... So go for it if you like her. It's absolutely, totally and 101% sure that she likes you..
