Why does the guy I asked out keep staring at me if he said no?????? It's really weird, He said he almost has a gf in the eigth grade and then he sits at the table next 2 mine at lunch and he got every1 at his table 2 stare at me and then he keeps trying 2 talk 2 me and my friends! WHY?????????

Well it is kind of the same with me and a guy, he asked me out and I said no, but I always want to be around him. Why I have no idea I am trying to figure that one out for myself.
