cigarettes and marijuana cause lung cancer, heart disease and emphysema among other things
alcohol poisons almost every cell of the body but affects the brain in the first instance
cigarettes and marijuana are more addictive than alcohol, but alcohol is a pretty addictive substance
danger depends on what you are describing in terms of use - long term use in small quantities: marijuana is most dangerous, then cigarettes - they both cause diseases of the blood vessels but marijuana has the added bonus of unmasking psychiatric illness and making you paranoid
short term big binge: alcohol is most dangerous and can kill in sufficient quantities

Alcohol, cigarettes and marijuana in that order. Alcohol is not only addictive, but makes people violent and is responsible for countless incidents of spouse abuse, fights, murders and tragic auto accidents. Cigarettes are more addictive than heroin and cause lung cancer, emphysema, etc. Marijuana is not addictive, calms people with violent tendencies and not only does not cause major medical problems but is therapeutic for the symptoms of a number of incurable diseases.
Isn't it strange that both tobacco and alcohol are sold legally and taxed while possession of marijuana is a felony in most states?

I'd say cigarettes are more addictive, but in the long run marijuana would kill you off quicker. But then again all you need is to be drunk and drive to end your life in an instant. So you think about it...Plus I LUV WEED! It's never been truly dangerous, but as they say too much of anything ain't good for you.

I think cigarettes because many people can use alcohol responsibly. Yet most smokers are careless and eventually kill the smoker and poison the rest of us with second hand smoke. And there is the house and forest fires caused by smoking.

Does it truly matter? Any of these, in the hands of an addictive-prone person, will lead to addiction and possibly the progression to harder drugs.
Ask me if snake venom is more poisonous than drain cleaner. Either one will do the job in its own time and its own fashion.

You might get "hooked" on marijuana easier than cigarettes or alcohol but, they are all addictive. Bottom line....don't do it.
